DeepOcean has been awarded a new contract by Diavaz in the Gulf of Mexico for the charter of the MPSV Aquanaut, for 180 days, from October 10th 2007 until April 7th 2008.
The value of the contract is approximately US$6 million.
The vessel will be used for maintenance work under a contract Diavaz has with Pemex.
As a consequence of the agreement with Diavaz, DeepOcean has agreed with the owners of Aquanaut, Adams Offshore Ltd, to extend the charter of the vessel until April 7th 2008.
