Solicitan personal en Full Crew


Full Crew has the following positions;



BARGE FOREMAN
a) Responsible for all offshore construction work to be performed by the barge and controls all activities.

b) Reporting to Barge Superintendent/Filed Engineer for all matters of construction works and progress of the job.

c) Supervision of all personnel on the deck of the barge and ensures the work is performed with quality along with improved productivity.

d) Supervision of maintenance of the barge including repairs of the barge and upgrading as required.

e) Ensuring safety for all operations performed by the barge.

f) Ensuring implementation of approved installation procedures and revising the procedure while implementation as necessary in consultation with Barge Superintendent/Field Engineer.

g) Coordinates with subcontractor’s personnel and monitors their work and also provides necessary support to them.

h) Controls other foremen for performance of their work with better productivity ensuring Client’s requirements are met.





BARGE SUPERINTENDENT



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a) General administration and overall supervision of the barge with responsibility of all personnel and equipment onboard the barge.

b) Coordination with base for administration of the barge, progress reporting, future barge requirements and other relevant important matters.

c) Ensuring proper fuel and water supply to the barge and supporting vessels by co-ordinating with the base.

d) Ensuring periodical maintenance of barge equipment and co-ordination for their repairs, spare parts etc.

e) Control and supervision of external and internal maintenance of the barge including painting, cleaning and relevant repairs to ensure good housekeeping.

f) Suggesting to base and implementation of barge modifications for better operations of the barge and improved productivity.

g) Supervision of warehousing of stores on the barge and to ensure efficient use of available space and proper storage of all barge and project material.

h) Ensuring proper catering services to barge personnel.

i) Resolving personnel problems of the barge personnel if cannot be resolved by juniors/subordinates.

j) Scheduling of leave breaks for barge personnel ensuring that all operations are effectively carried out all the time on the barge.

k) Motivation for safety consciousness amongst all personnel on the barge and ensures that safety measures of installation procedures are implemented on the barge.

l) Ensuring performance of safety and fire drills onboard periodically for awareness to the barge personnel regarding safety and survival aspects.

m) Overall responsible for the operation of the barge at offshore and consults authorities at base for unusual problems.

n) Obtaining clearances from all appropriate authorities before proceeding on the work location.

o) Revision of the approved installation procedure as per prevailing site conditions and informing base about the changes made to installation procedures through project operations close-out report.

p) Suggesting improved installation methods for the implementation in future projects and attends meetings at base for the installation methodology strategy for which the client do not have much previous experience.

q) Represents the Company onboard the barge for dealing with Client’s representative.

r) Coordination with Client’s representatives onboard for contractual matters, progress reporting, future work plans etc.

s) Coordination with subcontractors’ personnel on barge for carrying out their functions effectively and reviews their reports, performance etc.

t) Decides future schedules of the barge for the project with proper planning in coordination with base.

u) Ensuring that all concerned on the barge and at base are kept well informed about the progress, problems being faced and other operation related matters.

v) Taking precautionary measures and preparation for abandoning the work in deteriorating weather condition to ensure avoiding loss of life and equipment.

w) Compilation of data for daily report of barge activities including details of personnel on barge, visitors and Client’s representatives etc.

x) Motivation to the barge personnel for quality work ensuring the schedule of completion along with better productivity.

y) Controls all support vessels of the barge required for the operation of the barge.

z) Ensures proper mobilization and demobilization of the barge for the specific project operations.




DERRICK CRANE OPERATOR

a) Should have experienced in Installation of top sides weighing in the range of 200-1500 tons.

b) Should have experience in Jacket installation utilising lifting up ending and launching methods.

c) Reports to Barge Foreman.

d) Experienced in heavy lift crane operations.

e) He is responsible for safe and efficient crane operations, including identifying problems.





REMOTELY OPERATED VEHICLE (R.O.V)



ROV SUPERVISOR

a) Ensure that all ROV equipment is correctly bench tested both as individual units and as complete systems.

b) Confirm that all involved personnel and systems are ready for the ROV launch.

c) Ensure that all ROV operations are conducted in a safe manner.

d) He shall liaise with the Vessel Master and DP Officer during the operation.

e) He reports to the Survey Party Chief onboard the ROV vessel and the Head of ROV operations (HORO) when onshore.





ROV PILOT/TECHNICIAN

a) The ROV Pilot/Technician shall assist the ROV Supervisor during the ROV operations.

b) He shall be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of all the ROV related equipment.

c) He shall ensure that at all times the ROV is operated in a safe and professional manner.

d) He reports to the ROV Supervisor when offshore and the Head of ROV operations (HORO) when onshore.



Information

The work area is worldwide. Experience on barges is a requisite. When you work in India, you will work with an Indian workforce (almost 70%). In the rest of the world you work with all kind of nationalities. You must be able to communicate in English.
